okay i've been terrible about writing confessionals about my strategy so here's one. especially since this round has finally got the wheels turning in my head (i also hilariously anticipate that i will be voted out now that i've started wheeling and dealing).

so i'm VERY happy that the original grecos i got with me on this tribe are dolly and abi. i guess getting alina and ed would be good too, but i'm actually glad that the three #bermudabitchez are on 3 different tribes because if we stay connected and join forces at merge, we could dominate this game. i still trust them both. yes, i trust edgardo, that's how much i suck at this game.

ANYWAY, out of all the others, i am thrilled that i got dolly and abi. they are the two most interesting people from greco and the two that i connected with the most. i trust that we will vote together. if they plan on shafting me, then kudos to them because they will have played me very hard and i completely misread this situation in that case.

anyway, so now that i now that we have at least 3 solid votes out of 6, i know that we can go to rocks at the very least. my original assumption was that the other side would vote me (and frankly, i might actually like that so that i don't have to pull rocks. whether abi and dolly would actually go to rocks for me is a totally different question and one that i don't want to think about right now). i assumed they would vote me because LJ definitely doesn't like me and i'm frankly not too fond of him either. talking to him is like talking to a wall. i don't think robb likes me very much either. i actually like coach a lot, and we have this running gag about being #teamflop since we couldn't coordinate a time to do the last challenge together. he seems sweet, which is why i don't want to vote for him.

the problem is that abi really wants to vote for him. she thinks that since he's the most inactive (which is true), it would be easy to convince LJ and robb to vote for him as well. i just have a hard time believing this to be true. why would they vote for him and cede majority to us, even though they know that he will contribute the least to challenges? i wouldn't do it if i was in their shoes.

however, my suggestion to abi/dolly was for them to create a faux f4 alliance with LJ and robb so that they don't feel like they are giving up majority by voting out coach first. they just have to promise them that i will go next and that coach needs to go first since i can help more in challenges. according to abi/dolly, they both went for this idea and agreed to vote coach.

my paranoid self, however, thinks that it can't really be this easy. what if they have an idol and now know to use it on coach and avoid this messy situation altogether? is it even worth wasting an idol on coach? that's why i want me/abi/dolly to vote for LJ. there's no way they will play an idol on LJ because they think we're voting coach. if they are telling the truth and they vote for coach, then LJ goes 3-2-1 and we have majority. if they're not telling the truth, well then at least we flush out an idol and the vote ties like it would have anyway. however, i don't think abi will go for it. she's very deadset on voting out the inactives. i just feel like at this point we need to target post-merge threats rather than challenge liabilities. it's unlikely that we'll be in this tribe setup for a long period of time. in fact it's possible that we never go to TC as this tribe ever again.

i hope they haven't voted yet, i'm going to make the case for us to vote for LJ. but as of now it seems like a coach vote and i just have to pray to god that LJ/robb are telling the truth about wanting him out.
