So we lost the first IC. The margin wasn't that large, so I know I have some people looking askance at me, since I was limited in my ability to participate due to being at dialysis. I did what I could, and it's not like my illness is a secret, so if they choose to get rid of me because of that then there's not much I can do. But it doesn't seem at the moment that my name is the one being bandied about to be voted out, so I am CAUTIOUSLY optimistic. Right now, the names I am hearing are Vytas and Austin. I don't get the Austin thing. Apparently Brian promised Austin he would cast his first vote for him, and Vytas is jumping on the vote like the Alphabet strategy. I also know a lot of people are already worn out by Vytas's schtick, so it would not shock me to see him get some votes. Also, it looks like this unwieldy 8-person alliance I somehow found myself a member of is real, so unless I can find a way to extricate myself from it I might just ride it out for as long as possible. My game plan at the moment is to blend into the woodwork as much as possible without becoming completely invisible. I want to allow the numerous outsized personalities in this tribe to winnow each other while avoiding any spatter.
